THE UNPROMPTED FIC NOBODY ASKED FOR. I’ve alluded to this moment a bunch of times in the fic verse but never really sketched it out to now, and I, after receiving my shitty news, decided I really did want to finish this. So, 3,000 words, and I really hope you enjoy. Entire OW verse is here.

Tracer

The shots rang through the still air, one, two, three, and Tracer felt a shock of hot pain run through her. She gasped with the surprise of it, more than the pain, the idea that the sound of the gun could ever be connected to her own welfare a shock to her, even after seeing so much in this world.

She looked back at the darkness, and saw a cowboy hat receding, as if he could not stay to see.

Tracer looked down at the hand she had clasped to her stomach, and rubbed her fingers together, the hot dark blood smooth between them.

I MEAN I MOSTLYSIDE WITH YAL BECAUSE MOSTLY MY WRITING IS TRASH

BUT THIS ONE WAS PRETTY GOOD

asouesource:

Violet Baudelaire was the eldest Baudelaire child. She was 14 years old, right-handed, had a real knack for inventing and building unusual devices. When Violet Baudelaire tied up her hair like that, it was a sure sign the pulleys, levers and gears of her inventive mind were working at top speed.

Klaus Baudelaire was the middle child and only boy. He was a little older than 12 and wore glasses, which made him look intelligent. He was intelligent.

Sunny Baudelaire was an infant, a word which here means “a person of the age at which one mostly speaks in a series of unintelligible shrieks”, so most people had trouble understanding what she was saying. What Sunny lacked in communication skills, however, she made up for with the size and sharpness of her four teeth.

An Unwanted Favor

For Day 24 of Angstober, but it’s not going in the tag because it’s really just BroTP and a smattering of Reinako. I’ve been working on this since before Angstober started, so god willing, it’s okay. 4,008 words.

“I’m
going to Mexico!” Haruka’s face lit up in a smile as she
brandished a guidebook. “I’m gonna live on the beach for like, a
month.”

“I
see we’re not taking your lovely and supportive friend.” Mina
teasingly cocked an eyebrow.

Haruka
considered her guidebook. “I just need to get away. Some time to
myself.” Her voice softened. “It’s been about five years, you
know.”
