Still can’t believe they have a Filipino character in that show. Sucy’s last name comes from the word “Barang”, a Visayan word for shaman/witch. Her broom is a custom “Walis Tambo” (Whisk Broom).

I grew up in the Visayas region. I still remember using those brooms when I was a kid to clean my grandma’s house. This is super surreal to me right now since they really nailed down the ‘Trickster Hex Witch’ character in Filipino folklore as told by the countryside elders.
