Ripoff Report: AC By Marriott Boston Downtown

I was recently a guest at the AC By Marriott Boston Downtown during PAX East. It was a positive experience, as a person with a disability who uses a motorized mobility device every day and also as a former Marriott employee, I wanted to remark on how well I was treated, the accessibility of my room and the pleasant, professional demeanor of the staff that I encountered.

They ruined this by charging my card for the full amount of my stay multiple times, denying it and refusing to refund me even after admitting that I had been fraudulently charged.
